Acceptance devices AVRORA-NEFT PRU, M-250, TPSP, TP, etc.
Acceptance devices
The receiving and distributing devices of the PRU series are designed for the discharge and take-off of petroleum products, aviation fuel into steel vertical tanks of RVS with a volume of 100 to 50,000 m3. Also, the PRU can prevent product losses due to the rupture of pipelines or the failure of the shut-off devices placed on them.
MODELS: PRU
Load compensation system
the reservoir load compensation system prevents damage to the seams of the receiving and distributing pipes, which may occur as a result of multiple movements of the pipeline lines. In addition, the SCNR perfectly protects the equipment from breakdowns and preserves the tightness of the intake and distribution pipes (PPR).
MODELS: SKNR
Uniform feeding systems
The uniform feed system is designed to feed the oil emulsion into a tank of the RVS type and ensure its uniform spreading over the entire area of the tank bottom.
MODELS: M-250
Lifting pipes
Lifting pipes are designed to drain jet fuel (see Tank equipment for jet fuel: design and equipment features), high-quality oils, including food, as well as settled petroleum products from the upper layer of the tank (200-250 mm below the level of product take-off). MODELS: TPSP-150, TPSP-150-3, TP-150, TP-250, TP-350, TP-400, TP-500
Oil- and gas-resistant sleeves
Oil—and-gas resistant hoses (GOST 10362-76) are used for the supply of gasoline, aviation fuel, jet and diesel oil based on petroleum, liquid lubricants, coolants, weak acid solutions, air and gases at temperatures from -60 ° C to +120 ° C.
MODELS: MBS
Siphon cranes
The siphon crane is part of the equipment of the RVS (vertical cylindrical tanks) and is designed for storage and distribution of petroleum products; the CS is specialized for the descent and intake of settled substandard water from technical tanks. The removal of substandard water for RVS is mandatory and regulated in PB 09-560-03, p.2.6.22.
MODELS: CS
Roller blocks for winch control
The roller block for controlling the winch is designed to guide the rope when lifting and lowering the lifting pipe located inside the tank for petroleum products. BR is used to work with winches with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg and a lifting tube with a conditional passage from 100 to 500 mm.
MODELS: BR
Hinges
The hinges are designed to connect the lifting pipe with the receiving and distributing branch pipe inside the tanks for petroleum products. Also, the hinges can be used to complete floating intake devices by connecting the intake pipe with a float with the receiving and distributing branch pipe of the tank.
MODELS: SHSP, SHCH, SHS
Manual winches
The manual winch is designed for lifting and lowering the lifting pipe in vertical cylindrical tanks with petroleum products.
MODELS: LR-1000
Rotary disc valves
Rotary disc valves are designed for use as shut-off valves in technological systems
MODELS: ZDF, ZDM
Rotary dampers
Rotary dampers are designed to prevent losses of oil and petroleum products from the tank in cases of rupture of technological pipelines or failure of shut-off devices placed on it.
